INTACT regenerative

Intact Regenerative is a French green chemistry company founded in 2022, specialising in the circular production of low-carbon ingredients from pulse crops. Based in Olivet (Loiret) and operating its first industrial facility in Baule — located in a major European cereal-growing region and close to Cosmetic Valley — the company uses a patented solvent-free dry fractionation process that mechanically separates the protein, starch, and fibre fractions of the pulse using air alone, with no water or chemical inputs. This zero-waste process valorises the entire plant and operates exclusively on renewable energy.

The process yields two distinct ingredient streams: Nature, a range of plant proteins for food and feed markets, and Pulse, a second-generation extra-neutral alcohol targeting the cosmetics, fragrance, spirits, and pharmaceutical industries. With a carbon footprint more than 80% lower than conventional alcohol, Pulse holds ISCC EU IX-A certification confirming its second-generation status. Its cosmetic credentials are validated by adoption from Guerlain — the first fragrance house to incorporate Pulse into a commercial creation — and a supply agreement with Rémy Cointreau. Intact is also exploring the cosmetic and personal care potential of its pulse-derived proteins.
