Formulation Guidelines
AMTicide® Coconut requires specific handling due to its slightly cationic nature, which can create compatibility challenges in certain systems.
- Anionic Compatibility: Interaction with anionic materials (such as certain thickeners) can produce a visible haze.
- Haze Resolution: If cloudiness occurs, it can often be addressed by adding a solubiliser to the system.
- Xanthan Gum Stability: To achieve a crystal-clear gel when formulating with xanthan gum, the final pH must be maintained at pH3.
- Solubility Profile: Fully water-soluble; also soluble in glycerin and propylene glycol.
